L. Pérez doubled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, tripled in the 5th, flied out in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off T. Clark in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.

"I'm getting a lot more downward movement instead of side to side. That side-to-side stuff can get hit a long way," said Davis, who is throwing with more of an overhand motion.
"It's not rocket science. It was just a little adjustment, but that's all it took."
The Harlingen hurler held Freeport scoreless, allowed 2 hits, chalked up 3 strikeouts and yielded 3 walks.
