Monday, June 26th, 1961: Rosas out 2 Weeks with Injury
After the end of today's game between Pittsburgh and Boston, Eduardo Rosas skipped the clubhouse and headed straight for the doctor's office. After he was removed from the game as a precaution after running the bases, the Keystones had their worst fears confirmed when it turned out to be more serious. The third baseman will miss at least 2 weeks with a strained medial collateral ligament.

This season-to-date Rosas has 12 home runs and a .298 batting average.
